Meet Dan

The depth of Dan Moore’s local knowledge gives his clients unique insight into Riverside County’s neighborhoods and a distinct advantage as they look to achieve their property goals. Since 2007, Dan and his team have sold more than 1,300 homes in the area, helped along not only by expertise but by his founding principles of hard work, honesty, and integrity. Dan has been a part of the real estate industry since 1991, and he has gathered an extensive background in many areas. He can assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

 

Dan received a bachelor’s degree in finance from California State University, Fullerton, where he focused on real estate. The skills he learned there help him understand market trends and allow him to offer up-to-date advice on how property investment can help his clients in the future. Dan began working in commercial real estate, then moved into the bank-owned property market. Today, he focuses on nonowner-occupied properties sold by investors or people who have moved out of the area and knows how to make them appealing to local buyers.
