Originally from Arizona, Josh Sutton moved to California in 2012 with a dream to enter the real estate industry. He earned his real estate license in 2014, and since then, he has been helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. Josh is always excited to be a part of people’s biggest purchase and is willing to use his networking skills and go the extra mile to help his clients make their dreams a reality.

Before Josh started in real estate, he worked in customer service. His younger years as a bartender taught him to be adaptable and how to build relationships with people from all walks of life. Later, he worked as a director of operations for a major hotel chain. He was the chief problem-solver in that role, and his ability to identify issues, find creative solutions, and diligently work until an issue is resolved has carried over to his real estate career.

Josh’s focus is on helping people in better ways. He approaches each client with honesty and integrity, and his faith in humanity allows him to go into transactions with a positive attitude that helps him achieve great outcomes for all involved. Josh helps clients at all stages of their real estate journey, but is especially fond of giving first-time homebuyers the extra care and attention needed to successfully guide them through their purchases.

In his spare time, Josh runs a successful short-term rental business in Arizona. He enjoys spending time with his family, trying to improve his golf game, and volunteering with the local chamber of commerce.
